All-in-One Estate App

This project is an initial idea for a development site in Hong Kong. We aim to reduce the amount of objects needed to access a building by creating an all-in-one app.
Our goal is to make it easier for managers, landlords, and tenants to access, monitor, and communicate with each other.

Estate app is designed to :

  • Cater to all possible functions required for majority of estates, including living, businesses, and offices.

  • It can be adjusted as per building development wants.

  • All age range user target audience.

  • Divided into roles: estate manager/owner, estate workers (security, cleaners), and estate tenants.
