Requirements
Ming Tat is a cleaning service company. Their new app objectives are to improve their management system, provide a better customer service booking experience, and reduce customer service costs.
Ming Tat’s customers, cleaners and manager will be the app users.
The app should supports these functions:
Allow customers to place a service booking and reviews
Allow operators to receiving daily task schedule and complete their job
Allow manager to assign the bookings and monitor operators.
Process
Gather information about the clients working service culture, services they offer.
Sorting things from
Design the systems (3 of them), how they connect (Flow)
App based on the functions for each users (IA and screen design)
