Requirements

Ming Tat is a cleaning service company. Their new app objectives are to improve their management system, provide a better customer service booking experience, and reduce customer service costs.

Ming Tat’s customers, cleaners and manager will be the app users.

The app should supports these functions:

  • Allow customers to place a service booking and reviews

  • Allow operators to receiving daily task schedule and complete their job

  • Allow manager to assign the bookings and monitor operators.

  • Gather information about the clients working service culture, services they offer.

  • Sorting things from

  • Design the systems (3 of them), how they connect (Flow)

  • App based on the functions for each users (IA and screen design)
