About the project
This project is an initial idea for a development site in Hong Kong. We aim to reduce the amount of objects needed to access a building by creating an all-in-one app.
Our goal is to make it easier for managers, landlords, and tenants to access, monitor, and communicate with each other.
Kare Estate app is designed to :
Cater to all possible functions required for majority of estates, including living, businesses, and offices.
It can be adjusted as per building development wants.
All age range user target audience.
Divided into roles: estate manager/owner, estate workers (security, cleaners), and estate tenants.

* Research on type of estate, types of function of estate. Types of estate workers, type of tenants.
* Type of activity/relations that is mandatory to happens between users roles, and possible to happen
